Parts Warranty

Western Aircraft Inc. will, at their option, repair, replace or refund the purchase goods found defective during the warranty period. Western Aircraft Inc. will warrant new or overhauled parts for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment. Western Aircraft Inc. will honor any vendor warranty that extends beyond that of Western Aircraft Inc. In no event shall Western Aircraft Inc. be liable for consequential damages or extraneous damages resulting from the failure of any part supplied.

In cases where a warranty exchange unit has been provided, the warranty will not extend beyond the original warranty period in question. Western Aircraft inc. does reserve the right to deny warranty on any unit subjected to abuse, damage, improper installation or invasions of seals.
